Was out last Sunday caught two nice brownies about a pound each and one a bit smaller. must say the club has done an excellent job in restoring the river with loads of pools to fish in plus theres a nice path alongside the river. Would recommend it to anyone, apparently the largest fish caught last year was a 12lb sea trout! Will post a few pictures next time

Hi Sean,
This is what the bailiff was telling me the other day when I was out fishing there. Apparently this fish was caught last autumn. The website also reckons that double figure fish are in this river every autumn I've included the link to this below. Have to say the club seems to do an excellent job with a breeding/stocking programme using the indigenous trout rather than the usual stockies.
