Ive read a few posts about anglers looking for seatrout fishing. The mourne is good water for this. If you hold a decal permit and licence you can fish the sion mills stretch for a fiver. You also need a foil fisheries licence which you buy for£1 if you have the decal licence. Good seatrout there, but youll be tempted to go for the salmon. You can buy the day ticket at sion.
