Fished glenarriff today, waste of time really, as the river was down to its bones. i did manage a few tiny trout, but thats about it. took a wee dander of the river, was a great day for not catching fish

Fished the Glenariff and the Cushendall river on saturday. Got two small brownies on the Dall but got nothing in the Glenariff. Was surprised as the water levels were quite high so was expecting some seatrout. Anybody else had much luck so far this year?

still a bit early for them mate. atthe start of the season it gets a small run of large seatrout, and towards the very very end a decent run of small seatrout. heard of a few caught seatrout caught at start this year, also seen a few kilts the last 2 seasons, so theres still the odd salmon going up.
