THIRD TRIP TO THIS STILWATER YESTERDAY AFTWRNOON. MANAGED TO LAND A SEVEN POUNDER WHICH TOOK A WHOLE MACKEREL UNDER A FLOAT. HAD A NUMBER OF PIKE ON THE RED FLYING C AND TOOK A FEW WITH SMELT ALSO. LOST A BIG FISH AT THE NET IM FAIRLLY SURE IT WAS A DOUBLE FGURE AS I GOT A GLIMPSE. STILL A NOVICE AT THE PIKE FISHING BUT I AM GETTING THE HANG OF IT NOW I THINK.
