I get Irish angler every month, its the only magazine i buy with out even glancing at the contents. You know what i mean, look at T&S or TFF and see what acticles are relevant to your fishing and then think about buying it.
But i find Irish Anglers seems to have a bit of everything i have done, except sea fishing im a total rookie when it come to that.
Ok, this is turning into a plug i dont mean it to be, all i can say is it seems to be the best mag for Irish guys out there.
They did a Corrib ceanis hatch issue recently, and normally i wouldnt even take much notice of those acticles thinking they are not relevant to me, but last year on the corrib i witnessed such a hatch and i tell you it was amazing. Big trout in sun shine cruising the surface gobbling the little buggers down. I managed 3 trout around the 1lb in the half an hour the hatch was on, but with a bit more luck one of the good trout might have came into range and who knows.
What my point is the article was spot on with what occured for me, i thought the hatch and fish moving was a fluke of the conditions but the article told me how to target those conditions and fish and now im hoping to get the chance again, and maybe contact one of the big fish
