Three weeks ago i was bait fishing at binevenagh lake, and something happed to me that i heard other anglers talk about and never believed. I was standing with my son and a guy from strabane on eigther side, and my bite indicator [jiffy lemon] shot up and i went for the rod, but it and reel and rod rest went was pulled into the water. I made a dive for it got my hand over the bank and grabbed the rod out of the water but fish gone. Shit, its a small lake but sometimes the odd big one gets stocked into it. I was totally pissed off but enjoyed it at the same time
